All the songs are in 6/8 time signature and more or less same fast tempo.
3 of the songs are rain songs (vaan megam, oh oh and athadi ammadi)
All songs are by Ilaiyaraaja

All the songs are female songs (plus may be chorus)
Around 3-4 songs (except the last one) are sung by Chitra I believe.
4 songs (except the first one) are from Mani Ratnam's films.
Atleast 2 songs are picturized in the night.
2 songs (first 2) are picturized on Revathi
* Songs are related to rain/water and are shot in the night.
* Revathi is acted in songs 1 & 2
